Rev. Ducalion W. YEAGER, son of Abijah YEAGER and Louisa "Lucy" WILLIAMS, was born on 12 April 1828 in Brent, Bibb County, Alabama.
Ducalion married Sarah Ann Gillum on 5 December 1849 in Bibb County, Alabama.1
Rev. Ducalion W. YEAGER appeared on a census, enumerated 23 September 1850, in the household of his parents Abijah YEAGER and Louisa "Lucy" WILLIAMS in West side of Cahaba River, Bibb County, Alabama. He was recorded as Ducallion W. Yeager, age 22, farmer, born Alabama. Living with him was his newly wed bride, Sarah Ann.
Ducalion was the seventh and youngest child of Abijah and Lucy Williams Yeager. He left his home in Bibb County, Alabama, in 1854 and moved Lauderdale County, Mississippi, where they lived for about a year before moving on to Texas in 1855. His son Hugh Burk Yeager's bio in the 1889 publication "Biographical Souvenir of Texas," says his father was "Ducalion W. Yeager, a native of Bibb county Alabama, and who settled in Fannin county in 1855, moved to Hunt county in 1859, and of the latter has been an honored citizen ever since, and has been a successful farmer and stock grower from the date of his settlement there. He has served his county in several useful capacities, having been one of its commissioners for years. He was a volunteer soldier in the Confederacy from that county in the late war and served the 'lost cause' for more than three years. Strong yet in mind and body he continues in the enjoyment of his life-long calling as a farmer and stock grower. The mother of Hugh B. Yeager is also a native of Alabama. Her maiden name was Sarah A. Gillum, and she is yet living on the old homestead in Hunt county.2

Michael married Elizabeth Crigler circa 1749 in Culpeper County, Virginia Colony. She was the daughter of Joseph Crigler and Susanna Clore.
Michael YAGER died in 1794 in Madison County, Virginia.
Michael left a will dated 18 July 1793 in Culpeper County, Virginia. That part of Culpeper county became Madison county in 1794. His will was proven 27 Feb 1794, It named eight childrenL John, Samuel, Eva, Elizabeth, Jemima, Hannah, Michael and Rachel.1 His estate was probated on 27 February 1794 in Madison County, Virginia. The estate sale was held 25 Nov 1806. One of the purchasers is listed as "John Yager, South Carolina," who is also shown this way among the recipreients of the sale proceeds. Money taken in at the sale was divided equallly among Michael's eight children, with the shares of his married daughters going to their husbands. Those receiving a 1/8th share were: Elisha Yager, Robert Brown, Samuel Yager, John Yager S. C., John H. Yager, Rachel Yager, James Walker and Michael Yager, Jr.1
