     Catherine SNIDER, daughter of Jacob SNIDER and Susannah Oswalt, was born circa 1785 in South Carolina.¹

Catherine married Abraham Sanford before 1799 in South Carolina. He was the son of Thomas Sanford and Lavinia Turbeville. His sister, Mary, married Catherine's brother, William.¹

During the War of 1812, Mathias SNIDER enlisted in the South Carolina militia circa 1812. He served 12 months and was stationed near Charleston at Fort Moultrie.²

Christina Price died on 28 September 1862 in Pike County, Alabama, at age 69.¹ She was buried in Old Salem Cemetery, Pike County, Alabama.¹

     Susannah WEAVER, daughter of Henry WEAVER Sr. and Eve Oswalt, was born in 1768 in Dutch Fork, Orangeburg District, South Carolina.

Susannah WEAVER died circa 1830 in Tuscaloosa County, Alabama.

     Margaret Crockett was born in 1775 in Lexington District, South Carolina.

Margaret married David WEAVER, son of Henry WEAVER Sr. and Eve Oswalt, in 1793 in Lexington County, South Carolina.

Margaret Crockett died in 1862 in Bibb County, Alabama.

     Martha Leola Vinson was born on 13 February 1868 in Autauga County, Alabama.¹

Martha married Joseph Nil BILLINGSLEY, son of Christopher Columbus BILLINGSLEY and Nancy C. GRIFFIN, circa 1889 in Autauga County, Alabama.¹

Martha Leola Vinson died on 29 February 1936 in Billingsley, Autauga County, Alabama, at age 68.¹ She was buried in Indian Grave Cemetery.¹

     Anderson Gabriel Caver was born in October 1817 in Orangeburg County, South Carolina.¹

Anderson married Mary Ann TYUS, daughter of William Gilliam TYUS and Deborah BILLINGSLEY, circa 1850 in Autauga County, Alabama. He was son of Henry & Catherine Caver, who emigrated from Orangeburg, SC, around 1820 and settled in Autauga County, Ala. A.G. Caver was a planter in the old Milton Community in Western Autauga County.¹

Anderson saw military service between 1861 and 1865 in Autaugaville, Autauga County, Alabama, serving as a 2nd lieutenant in Co. G "Autauga Rifles", 6th Alabama Infantry, CSA.²

Anderson Gabriel Caver died in February 1892 in Autauga County, Alabama, at age 74.¹

His obituary appeared 19 February 1892 in the The Prattville Progress, published in Prattville, Alabama. "Last week in the 73rd year of his life, Mr. A.G. CAVER, a highly respected citizen, died with the grippe at his home in the western part of the county. He was the father of Mr. A.D. Caver of Prattville. His remains were deposited in the old family cemetery near his home."¹ He was buried in Caver Family Cemetery, Billingsley, Autauga County, Alabama.¹

     Narcissa Caver was born in 1831.

Narcissa married Robert Joshua TYUS, son of William Gilliam TYUS and Deborah BILLINGSLEY, circa 1864 in Autauga County, Alabama. Narcissa was first married to Benjamin Motley, who died prior to 1860.

Narcissa Caver died on 7 January 1868. She was buried in Old Harmony Cemetery, Winslow, Autauga County, Alabama.

     George L. Davis was born in 1836 in Lauderdale County, Alabama.

The household was listed as Tabitha's parents, Abram and Nancy Cagle, ages 57 and 47, and seven children ages 1 to 16. Living with them was William Burt, a 28-year-old stagecoach driver, born in Alabama, and Tabitha E. [Cagle] Burt, his 19 year old wife, born in Mississippi.

Cornelia married James Bolling HUNT, son of James Tarpley HUNT and Virginia Ann HUBBARD, on 20 November 1889 in Montgomery, Alabama. They had six children: Virginia, William Bolling, Howard Benard, Margaret Evelyn, Alva Francis, and Charles Elmore Hunt.¹

Cornelia Catherine Nelson died on 30 December 1944 in Montgomery, Montgomery County, Alabama, at age 74.¹ She was buried in Oakwood Cemetery (St. Margaret's annex), Montgomery, Alabama.¹

     Lucile Irene COLEMAN, daughter of James McQueen COLEMAN and Katie Louise Lee, was born in 1888 in Autauga County, Alabama.

After the death of their father in 1891, their mother could no longer afford to support them so Lucile Irene COLEMAN and John McQueen COLEMAN were sent to live in an orphanage in Talladega.

They were recorded as inmates John Coleman, age 15 (born May 1885) and Lucile Coleman, age 12 (born June 1887) born Alabama. Their occupation was pupil and both could read and write. John was should to have attended school the last nine months. The orphanage was sponsored by the Presbyterian church and is still in operation.

Mr. Halbert and Miss Coleman Married -- A pretty home wedding occured at the residence of the bride's mother, Mrs. Kate Coleman, on the eastern suburbs of Prattvile, on last Sunday afternoon, when Miss Lucile Irene Coleman was married to Mr. J. D. Halbert; Rev. E. M. Craig, pastor of the local Presbyterian church, officiating. The occasion was a very quiet one, only the relatives and intimate friends of the family being present. The bride was reared in this community and has many friends who extend congratulations and best wishes.

     John McQueen COLEMAN, son of James McQueen COLEMAN and Katie Louise Lee, was born on 4 February 1885 in Prattville, Autauga County, Alabama. He was also known as Mac. He never married.

He was probably the male over age 16 listed in the household of his father, Henry WEAVER Sr., in the 1790 Federal Census of Hollow Creek, Orangeburg District, South Carolina, Henry and Samuel were in separate households.
